You can often avoid a disaster by reading travel review blogs, which provide many helpful tips, previews of destinations, and unbiased reviews of travel agencies, airlines, and hotels.

  2. Entrusting your trip to a travel agency is risky, unless you have them on good recommendation. Read blogs to learn if there are any quirks to the travel agency you are considering. Some travel agencies offer free tours, do you know which ones do? Someone does, and they have probably written about it on their blog.
